We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Be returned in its original packaging
Include a receipt or other proof of purchase

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your package. Where applicable, a return shipping label may also be provided.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photos or videos showing the issue. We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item first.

Once your return has been approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned products must generally be in the same condition in which they were received, unused or unworn, with tags and original packaging, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
